Brazil and Mexico

I only want to sell in the US. How did Brazil and Mexico get added to my account and how do I get rid of them?

US, CA, MX and Brazil are all a part of the unified account. You can put the stores you wish not to sell in on vacation mode. Make sure there is no inventory in those stores.

"how do I get rid of them?"

Whatever you do, DO NOT try to close those accounts. Closing any of the 'unified' accounts closes ALL your accounts in the same region!

Go in and put those countries in VACATION MODE ONLY!

Just to repeat, because it's very important:

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLOSE OR REMOVE ANY OF THE UNWANTED MARKETPLACES. DO NOT EVEN ASK AMAZON IF IT CAN BE DONE!!!

Just asking about it is enough for Amazon to close your entire account (yes, it has happened)

Just put the unwanted stores on vacation, and make sure there are no listings on them (active or inactive).

This happened to me and they charged my CC backup card. They blamed me?
