Has anyone experienced the same problem as me?

I was required to submit information to verify my selling account on the 9th of September 2024. I had submitted the relevant information and was told that the documents did not match the online records. Now all documents match the online records, but now there is a new problem since the 12th of September. No matter which device/browser I use, amazon assistants tell me that they cannot see that I have pressed the submitted for verification button and the bottom of the page even though I am and have shown them countless video proof and screenshot evidence.

Many of the assistants have agreed that there is a technical fault on their side of some sort and will try contact those who can fix it.

It has been over 2 weeks now and still the problem is not resolved, and because of this technical glitch/issue, my payments are still on hold. I am new to selling on amazon and have not been paid a penny because of this issue and it is hurting business.

Please can someone advise me on what I should do and whom shall I contact to resolve this issue. Is there someone/somewhere else that I can submit this information for it to be verified outside this system? The only option I see is explaining to an associate who will forward it to another, who then tells me to press the submit button and closes the case.

the message on my account is as below:

"Additional information required for verifying your selling on Amazon account

Your selling privileges may be temporarily suspended if you do not provide the required information. Please note: We may need to request subsequent information to complete the verification process."

We registered for Amazon services in January 2024, we are now into end of April 2024 however our account is still not active, Our case was forwarded to the Verification team however we keep hearing back that we are verifying your information and will get back to you soon, now it has been close to four months, we have the following message on our account.

"You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services. Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required. Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise we might ask for additional information. For more help, Contact Us."

We are being billed monthly for the account however, we are unable to sell online or use any service on Amazon, It would really be appreciated if anyone can help or guide us with this problem.

My account has been disabled. No one will tell me why. I am not told what is required of me. I cannot reach anyone through the help box either.

Initially, Amazon reached out to me to let me know that my account was disabled for the following reasons:

Why did this happen? We were unable to verify the documents you provided because the address on the documents did not match the information entered into Seller Central. Update the address in Seller Central to match the address on the documents provided.

How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, please verify that you have a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

-- A business license if applicable

-- A dated electricity bill for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, landline phone, or internet service

I submitted the remaining documents, including a utility bill, bank statement, credit card statement, and front+back pictures. I still received the following notification:

“We have completed our review of your submission. We don't have enough information to resolve the violation at this time."

Everything on the account matches and there are no discrepancies, but I am not told what is missing.

I can't get an answer as to why my account was disabled or what else I need to submit to verify my account, my account/policy compliance is healthy and there are no violations, and the help section is only open to submitting documents.

I haven't even started selling yet. Has anyone experienced this before? I've been dealing with this for 20 days. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
