Read onlyI wondered if anyone can help me, or knows which Amazon mods to tag in. I had to go through the KYC check and had to provide a statute document (there was a red cross where I needed to upload it). I provided this with help from my accountant and this seems to have been accepted as far as I can tell. However, since the address of the company is different to my home address, I then needed to provide a new document, specically a utilty bill confirming my home address (there was a red cross here now).
I uploaded the utility bill and again, as far as I can tell it has been accepted. There are no red crosses anywhere to indicate I need to upload anything else, but I still have the "Additional Information required for verifying your selling on Amazon account" message. If I click 'provide the required information' there is no advice on what is missing or needs uploading.
I have checked my performance notifications, and the last message was dated before I uploaded my second document. As far as I can tell, it looks as though everything has been accepted but the 'Additional information required' message hasn't been removed, as though it is an error. I obviously don't want to assume this and have issues down the line.
Can someone please help?
Kind regards
@Simon_Amazonperhaps this might be your speciality?
