Low stock / Disapapeared/ lost
Hi, I recently shipped two bag of my product each bag with 50 pieces so total 100 piece. One bag received and 40 sold amazon inventry now shown only 10 left low stock, the other 50 pieces disappeared/ lost ? nor sure what happen?

Have you checked
Inventory - manage fba inventory
to see if it is there under the reserved tab as either in fc transfer or processing
And just double checking if it’s s&l you didn’t label the outer bag did you ?!

Have you checked the tracking on the missing bag. Is it marked delivered, checked in?

well. My case was over 2 months ago. Exactly like him. Two different warehouses they went to. Status is shown still receiving. Hopefully, they didn’t lose my products. Any idea, how should I raise the case?

I had a problem of missing inventory (80 units) sent into FBA in July and its just been located and resolved last week! Didn’t work with reconcile and I had to keep calling and opening the case until someone managed to locate it.

Do worry - the 1 unit (of 50 items) may have been sold by then !!
