Account Health Rating never above 216

Is it just us? Or, can no one else get over 216 in the AHR. We have perfect scores, every time we get a policy violation its fixed that day or the next depending on how long the team takes to verify that it was a mistake on Amazons end. or they wanted me to change a word from "may also fit" to "Compatible with" that way the algorithm stops flagging it. The only thing we cant stop are people who return everything because they don't know how to read the descriptions. and purchase the parts anyways. We always send each person a response to say that it is not a problem and they can return it. this way we show we are communicating right away to everything.

the only thing I can see that stops us from going any higher is the reasons people give for returning the items. Like wrong item sent. or defective. when we get the item back 90% of the time it is not even open or used. the other 10% of the time , the person returned the broken part they replaced with ours and says it was shipped that way. and then amazon refuses the safe T claim.

So, are we the only ones to have this issue?

Yea i always have perfect to near perfect metrics and it never changes. Always stuck at 220. I stopped caring about it and just make sure the account is in healthy.

Yes, mine has been 216 for over 5 years - I stopped checking. I have 5 pricing violations which they say has no impact and no other issues. Never have understood how to get it higher than 216.
