Read onlyHi. I am experiencing difficulties in getting my utility bill accepted for account re-activation. Both my account and utility bill are under my company's name and address. After being declined the first time, I had a telephone call with seller support who told me my utility bill has to cover the previous 3 months, which it did not. Subsequently I had another call where they informed me that this was not the issue and instead I had a SLIGHTLY different address on my bill to the one on my seller central account (the house number read 124-128 instead of 124), so I changed this on my account to match the bill EXACTLY. After being declined again, I was informed on another call that the issue had now changed and the team had identified my bill as being "fraudulent and or manipulated" which it is not. I have no other bill I can use, and frankly I just don't understand why or how they are now claiming the bill to be fake? Please help!
Utility bills are normally requested for personal verification rather than company, have you tried submitting one from your home address?
