error saying something went wrong try again
Hello I am facing an error on Amazon. Actually I was selling as individual seller on Amazon uk . Then I received email from Amz saying you chosed wrong entity when creating this account. Then also a page appeard where all my information there and there is written like update or confirm. So I thought I should registered ltd and then I will update and click confirm.So I then registered ltd company and went to that verification page but it's missing by itself then I went to business -account information to update my legal entity. There is error saying something went wrong try again . I then contacted with seller support they said it's under verification and might take 10 days . But there is nothing to verify as my all ınfo ıs already verıfıed I didn't click on confirm or update. I checked seller forum some seller face this type of issue .can anyone help me.

The mods wont see this as you havent correctly tagged them in - search the forums for how to do it.
Secondly - if you have added new info then it will be in verification process and you have to wait.

Yes, you did choose the wrong legal entity - Individual seller account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items, NOT new goods. You need an Amazon BUSINESS seller account. You do not need to be a Ltd company, could be sole-trader, as long as you are registered with HMRC as self-employed. Hopefully you understand the responsibilities/requirements of being Ltd ?!
