Responding to reviews or speak to customer for follow up

I wonder is it possible to respond to reviews or talk to the customer for follow up after sales services?

If you are talking about product review -- Amazon removed the ability of sellers to respond to product review.
It is not allowed to contact buyers who left a product review for any reason. The only exception is through brand registry, and then only if Amazon supplies a link.
And it is never allowed to contact buyers for follow up.
Contacting buyers is to be done only when events make it essential that you do so.
