Royal Mail Not Showing in Buy Shipping (SFP – Urgent)
Hi everyone,
I’m facing an urgent issue and would really appreciate any help or insights.
I’m selling via Seller Fulfilled Prime and usually ship my orders using Buy Shipping with Royal Mail Next Day service. However, today the Royal Mail option is not showing at all in Buy Shipping, so I’m unable to purchase shipping labels.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
• Buy Shipping integration is active
• Royal Mail business account is working fine (confirmed directly with Royal Mail)
• No recent changes were made to my account
Because of this, I’m currently unable to dispatch my SFP orders, which may negatively impact my Prime metrics.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?
Is there any workaround or alternative way to restore the Royal Mail option in Buy Shipping?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Royal Mail not appearing in Buy Shipping is typically caused by account linking or system configuration issues.
Please try:
- Log out of Seller Central completely, clear your browser cache, and log back in
- Check Settings → Account Info → Buy Shipping Preferences to verify Royal Mail appears in your carrier list
If Royal Mail still doesn't appear, this requires technical investigation on our end. Please contact seller support directly and make sure to mention the steps you have already taken and screenshots if possible.

We’ve had the exact same issue this week and now we’ve lost Prime despite many tickets opened with seller support to state there is clearly an issue Amazons API connection or a technical issue.
No communication from the seller support team, no contact from the SFP team. Just a big suspension in our peak season.
