How to put 2 tracking numbers on the order?

Hello! I am new on Amazon and got a Valid Tracking Rate warning: 2 of my orders were counted as invalid.

Those orders had 2 tracking numbers, I put them as follows:

tr1111111, tr2222222 separated by commas and spaces.

But this seems to be wrong and the tracking numbers should be separated by a dot. So how should I put the tracking numbers?

tr1111111. tr2222222 or tr1111111.tr2222222 ? Should there be spaces between tracking numbers?

Thank you for any help!

There is no way to assign two tracking numbers to an order with just one component. Any attempt to enter two numbers renders both invalid.

In instances where a single SKU may not be shipped in a single box, either buy one label on Amazon and buy the others elsewhere, or just buy all labels elsewhere.

Preferable to just buy all elsewhere. Before you enter confirmation send a message to the buyer letting them know how many packages to expect and giving them all the tracking numbers.

The above assumes order for one SKU that takes more than a single box. If the order is for multiple SKUs, then -- before you buy your label on Amazon indicate what part of the order you are shipping. After you buy that label go back to the order and choose the other part you are shipping.

For those type of orders you will be able to enter more than one tracking. But only when more than one SKU is on the order.

So what is the correct way to put 2 tracking numbers for one order with one SKU?

As I explained, it is not possible. Any attempt to enter two tracking numbers in that field renders the tracking invalid.

You may not like my answer, but it is correct.
