My account has been verified but showing 'inactive' Listing Status in 1 country

My account has been verified and currently shows as “Active” in Canada, but it remains “Inactive” in the U.S. As a result, my listing isn’t going live until the U.S. status becomes “Active.” I’ve confirmed that:

• Vacation status is not enabled.

• My account verification is complete.

• My account is healthy.

Could you please help me understand why my U.S. status is still inactive and guide me on what I can do to make it active? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
