Royal Mail no longer showing delivery status on non-tracked items?
Up till now, Large Letters bought through Click and Drop without a tracking surcharge showed the message “Tracking information is not available for this service” but Parcels bought without extra tracking showed “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”, which changed to a notification of date and time of delivery once delivered.
Today I am trying the “Track and Trace - Track your Item” page and getting “Tracking information is not available for this service” for Parcels, even for ones that I know have been delivered, and (just to be sure) ones that were previously checked and shown on the site with delivery details. The site itself is not broken as it shows details of an international item for which I bought tracking.
I wonder whether this is a change of policy or a glitch?

What code are you using when buying postage? For LLs I use CRL and it’s still showing delivery details on track and trace as I’ve just checked one.

There was updates last night and has messed all the tracking up, been in contact with royal mail this morning as quite a few people saying not delivered which i don’t usually get but all mine sent signed for but saying tracking not available for this item which has never done before, Only ones showing are delivered, not even pending showing, Royal mail are aware
