Order Reports
When I receive an order without a surname I have always requested an order report and got the name off there. I have just tried this for a current order and there is now no order specific buyer information. Is this another of Amazons improvements. I am not happy sending off orders with just a christian name. Has anyone got a solution for this?

Oddly enough I just went to download an order report and noticed that my bookmarked link had changed.
It now opens up an ‘all orders’ report page where previously it had defaulted to ‘new orders’.
The ‘all orders’ report page states:
This report provides order and order item information for both FBA and seller-fulfilled orders including order status, sales and fulfilment channel information and item details. This report includes all orders since 2016, regardless of their order status…
That is not what I was looking for so I clicked on the ‘new orders’ link.
Have you tried clicking the ‘new orders’ tab?
The full order and billing info is still there, as far as I can tell.
[edit] I tried to add the new orders link to my favourites bar but it defaults to ‘all orders’ which is confusing.
Another unhelpful ‘improvement’ (or should that be ‘pointless tinkering’ ?) from Amazon.
