Read onlyHello fellow sellers,
I have noticed a significant discrepancy between the sales figures in the 'Business Report' and the 'Statement View' for the period of September 18th to September 24th. Specifically, it seems that the 'Statement View' undercalculates sales, particularly in the European markets, with Germany being the most affected.
While I understand that there can be differences in sales figures due to timing of settlements, I've never seen such a large discrepancy before. In fact, according to the 'Statement View,' there were days with no recorded sales at all, despite the 'Business Report' showing €1,695.98 in sales for one of those days.
I haven't seen any announcements from Amazon regarding this issue. Could anyone clarify why this discrepancy might have occurred, and whether the corrections will be reflected in the next month's 'Statement View' or if they will be addressed sooner?
Any insights or updates on when this will be resolved would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance!
