Having ran amazon businesses for several years this is my story.. a real tear jerker
Opened an amazon business years ago back in 2021/2022 and ran it succesfully for close to year and half and finally sold it.. acomplished something in my life. I sold it not to a stranger but to a business partner who i somewhat got on with it was time, AMICABLY i might add.
Opened another amazon business the same month i walked away from the other amazon business and they shut me down stating links to another account. Of course, never denied it, i didnt do anything wrong.
1. Amazon ask for docs of sale to prove, including bank statments of same - Provided same, did not believe me.
2. Amazon ask for docs to prove sale went ahead, showed them resignation on companies house - did not believe me.
3. Spoke to previous business partner who had since walked from amazon because of there wildness logged into the inactive account and now can find no trace of me or anthing on this dormant business which includes numbers, beneficial owners, addresses that are hidden- amazon account health say there is still link to this business..
What do i do, we have access and can find nothing and without this my business is now closing and 4 people are unemployed... Any suggestions

This is harrowing that i have done nothing wrong, absolved myself years ago and now this dormant company is now ruined my business and credit and i will become eventually homeless because of this compliance issue... i have tens of thousands in consumer debt because of this and i cant pick up a phone.
What do i do ?
