Deactivated New Account Due To Identity Information
I created a new amazon seller central account with my business details then I downgraded my account individually. My account type is LTD. Amazon asks for my Residential Address identity proof then I submit wise bank details but are not accepted then I upload local bank details not accepted I upload a utility bill but are not accepted and my account is deactivated due to the verification process. I can’t understand what should I do right now
Brand New account and now my account status: Invalid & Deactivated

Is your residential address your actual home address and what utility bill did you upload and did the details on it match your account exactly ?

I don’t think Wise Bank is a bank that Amazon accept.
I can’t seem to find the list of accepted banks atm, maybe its on a link on one of your other emails?

You will need to change the bank details for the deposit method to your Payoneer Bank account.
Its not about the statement, its about the actual bank account details.
At least thats how it reads to me.
When you click on “reactivate your account” what does it ask you for?
