Is the Late Shipment Rate also based on tracking?

The Account Health pages say the Late Shipment Rate is about orders confirmed shipped on time, but if an order is confirmed shipped on time but doesn’t have a scan on the tracking until after the date it had to ship by would that be considered late?

Thank you

No, Amazon doesn’t count it as a late shipment if the tracking number is provided on the ship by date even if the package doesn’t receive a scan until a day or two later. You will lose any INR protection from Buy Shipping if the scan shows it shipped late, however.

Late shipment rate is one thing. Valid Tracking Rate is the second.

I just used FedEx same day same city today. Google recognizes the tracking number as FedEx. But the normal FedEx site does not. 37 pound box with straps on it. Worried about UPS hitting me with extra charges.

Picked up 1:21 and delivered 2:55. The same under $20 charge as UPS would have done for next day. Under 4 hr delivery. But, I’ll probably take a VTR hit. Did not need to be delivered until the 28th.
