Restricted Products Policy Violation - PLEASE HELP
Hello,
I received an Restricted Products Policy Violation on one of my ASINS, and the listing was removed. I don't really care about the listing, just the violation on my account. The violation is that "This product has been identified as containing Triclocarban, an impermissible ingredient in certain cosmetics. This product type is prohibited for sale on Amazon.com. If you believe the product was restricted in error, please upload a copy of the ingredient's list and product packaging for review."
The product I listed DID NOT CONTAIN this ingredient, I submitted a photo of packaging and ingredients more times than I can count, and I keep getting the same response of "This product has been identified as containing Triclocarban, an impermissible ingredient in certain cosmetics. This product type is prohibited for sale on Amazon.com. If you believe the product was restricted in error, please upload a copy of the ingredient's list and product packaging for review."
Does anybody know what I can do to receive some help??

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT delete the listing. Close it to become in compliance, but if you are not the brand owner and you delete the listing and the product gets removed from amazon then you are STUCK with the violation because
- no one can help you with a product you don't have a listing for
- You can't Create a listing for it bc amazon removed it
- You are not the brand owner so you can't update the ASIN
