Amazon doesn't release fund!!!

our account was deactived 8 months ago thus all funds on held, however Amazon sent messages on 20th July says completed verification and removed hold on fund, but after 3 settlement period still doesn't release the fund, we contacted customer agent they just told us to wait for next settlement period, it's not working. can anyone help?

can you see the amount on the account level reserve ? if yes it means amazon is still holding the funds. Eventually you will get it in random time
