Product incorrectly deactivated due to high prcing error. Almost all other products have lost the Featured Offer
I am the publisher and printer of a range of books. I am the only first tier seller of these books (other shops can order from myself and resell). I sell the books on Amazon for the RRP. The only other place to buy these books directly is from my website which also sells at RRP. Amazon has decided that almost all my books are priced too highly. I have explained that these are short run books, handbound, printed and finished in the UK, they cannot, therefore, be compared to "similar" books mass produced in China. One book has even been deactivated due to high price; it has no reference prices available in the Pricing Health section of my account. The only other offers for all of these books are second hand copies. I have stated that I don't think new books should have to be priced competitively with second hand books. I have asked Amazon to review. They have told me that the high pricing error is correct. I have asked how they worked that out and they have said they can't tell me. They have told me that although they do not know why the product is flagged as a high pricing error or how it is worked out, they do know that it is correct as Amazon never makes mistakes!

Their response is the same as in the past and doesn't answer anything. It doesn't ask me to do anything I can do that I haven't already done:
