Hi all,
Had a customer message stating that an item they bought from us was no longer working and they wanted a refund.
We messaged back and said we would need the item back.
I've had no return open on amazon, however just looked and seen a refund for the item and also a charge for a return delivery.
Now we haven't even got the item back and probably won't now.
is there anything we can do, the customer isn't entitled to a refund 345 Days after buying it with out us checking it at least.
We bought postage etc via amazon and it was on the SFP.

have you tried to file a safe t claim?
Could it be refund at first scan?
The item maybe on its way back to you.
If you open a safe-t claim Amazon will tell you to wait 15 days for the item to be returned and cloase the case. If after 15 days it is not returned, reopen the safe-t claim and they should refund you. To be fair Amazon have refunded me every time an item has not been returned.
