'Close listing' vs 'Delete products and listing'

We are a PAN EU seller. Amazon recently automatically listed some of our UK only products across all of the EU marketplaces. We don’t want to sell these products outside of the UK and now they are showing up as ‘out of stock’ in all marketplaces and probably affecting our IPI score.

How do I reverse this? Do I ‘close listing’ or ‘delete products and listing’ - what is the difference?

Just to be clear I want the ASIN to remain as we will still sell in the UK, but to remove the listings from all other markets.

will remove the product from your inventory completely. You cannot re-list it for at least 24 hours

will remove it from your active inventory and move it to inactive, from where you can move it back if necessary, should you change your mind
