I was getting the same error yesterday. Managed to successfully disburse with the mobile app however.

Yes I also had this error. Can confirm using the mobile app to request a disbursement still works.

I had this issue for a couple of goes, however I refreshed the browser page (top left arrow circle) and then worked ok
Went on for a couple of days but fine now, might have been a cookie error in my browser ?
