UPS collection booking not working

UPS collection booking online is still not working when logged in.

If booking as "a guest" UPS won't confirm the collection even when leaving the email address.

I know this was an issue few months ago, but I thought it would be fixed by now.

Also there have been instances where we have called them and they have confirmed that the collection has been booked, but the driver still hasn't showed up that day.

What is the situation?

Just to confirm that you are using the UK UPS website to book your collection? and in the 5.Collection Notifications section, you put your email address in on both the sections "Your email address" and in the section.."Enter up to five e-mail addresses to receive e-mail confirmation of this Collection Request. E-mail Addresses"?

That seems strange that it would not work then as when we use this method, a confirmation email comes through almost straight away.

Have you checked your junk mail?

If UPS have confirmed collection and the driver has not turned up then that may be a local UPS depot issue rather than nationwide. I would suggest contacting back either by phone or I found more useful was contacting UPS via twitter(X).
