Why cant i find the inventory placement option

Hi I cant find the inventory placement option in inbound. I want to change to inventory placement service because every time i create a shipment with more than one sku, it creates a shipment resulting in me having to send many different boxes.
Also I am in the UK and the item package type is individual products
