How to find Custom Product Template?

I am in AH and want to list a Custom Product. (not customize one of my current handmade items). I was told by cust. Ser. to go the Add Customization under Edit for a listing and it will access the Custom Product templates, surfaces etc. but there is only the same old options that have always been there??My Account says that I am registered for Amazon Custom.Please help if you know what I am missing!
