Missing items at BHX8
We are having huge amount of items going missing even being shown as delivered by either DPD/UPS main issue is BHX8.
All missing items are marked “investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed” so no case to answer from Amazon.
Have opened few cases with seller central with proof of delivery,invoices, etc and they are telling us that they have looked for them and cannot find them.
This cannot be correct as we have proof that they have received them, even signed by their agents at the centre.
Will stop sending anything to BHX8 for the time being.
Is anyone else having same issues?
Where do we go from here? can afford to loss £1000’s we are only a small business.

Have they offered a reinbursement?
Have you tried asking SS for a reimbursement? They don’t give loads. You could try ‘managingdirector@amazon.co.uk’ if SS are getting nowhere. Be concise and polite. Be aware if they suddenly find them they’ll do a reserve reimbursement
