Amazon deactivated my account stating my ac8os associatesed with another account. I have just one account and they are holding onto my funds. What can I do to get my account activated back. Can I create another account or wait on their response
my account has been deactivated for a month now, no proper information on violation and support team are not able to assist. I have sent every document required and still no positive response. Amazon is also holding onto my funds. They are very rigid to new sellers and it's unfair for some of us who are self thaugt via the seller University on the app.
I will appreciate advice on what to do for my account to be activated.
