Brand search filter

Hi

We are a mid sized amazon seller in UK - over £2m sales per annum.

We have an issue with the “Brand” filter on the left of search results - it never shows our Brand. It doesn’t show infrequently - it shows NEVER.

I have raised countless tickets with SS on this - they just say its an algorithm etc. Which I would accept, but for some search terms we have number 1 share of clicks and number 1 share of conversions, as per brand analytics. We are Amazon choice product on that search term. We are a top 3 seller in our category. Some of the brands shown literally have zero sales/products/reviews.

We also have some other funnies going on - e.g. there are some keywords in PPC that we just cannot win. Even with £100 bid. And again we are top tier seller in the category, our ASIN has 300+ reviews at 4.6* etc.

I think our brand hasn’t been set up correctly, or some other gremlin that isnt apparent.

Is anyone able to help advise (I can DM example etc) or indeed point me to professional help on this.
