Stuck on "verify charge method" Screen
Hi guys, i hope your all well
stuck in a bit of a conundrum, my business bank account with Barclays contactless cards stopped working, so i applied for a replacement card
Today amazon tried to take payment from the old card and it didn’t go through, so i went in to update the new card details. however it seems to get stuck buffering on the “verify charge method” screen.
i have tried 4 different machines, 3 chrome, safari and firefox as well as a mobile device with. no success. i have had the bank speak me through every little detail to ensure the details match up. no joy
The problem is now i have limited access to the account. items are still selling however i cannot answer emails from customers etc (even via the email inbox it doesn’t allow reply etc)
with tomorrow being day 1 of a 4 day bank holiday i obviously have a bit of a issue as customers may not get a reply if this is not resolved by tonight
i doubt anyones had this issue but on the off chance you did any words of wisdom?

I have this issue too.
Locked out of the account, unable to fulfil orders / reply to messages.
Managed to enable holiday mode this morning.
No help at all with seller support. Just “add credit card” I don’t have one.
Tried 3 debit cards to no avail.
Applied for a credit card, likely 7-10 working days delivery.
Not good.

Morning all, still no progress, keep getting the copy and paste responses from seller support
“sir use the following process to update your card this will unlock the account restriction”
does anyone know how to get the attention of someone higher up or at the technical side of things? being a 4 days weekend i really need to be able to answer customers and ammend stock levels.
to try and progress things i have tried another card from another bank and a business credit card but same issue. it just hangs on the above screen

I’m having the same problem after a prompt to update my charge method this morning. Completely stuck on the same ‘verify charge method’. Cleared cache, tried different browsers and the app. Tried three different cards ‘just in case’. All the same. Getting quite distressed about what to do and not having access to my selling account.

Can confirm I’m getting the same issue, spoke to Amazon and they confirmed it’s a bug with their systems they are working on

Hi all, I’m having exactly the same problem. SS at Amazon don’t even read the previous messages on the case, just throw out another stock response. @JumbleStore, who did you manage to speak to that would actually admit that it was a problem with Amazon? Surely it wasn’t normal seller support? I wonder if Amazon will do anything about poor metrics because of this problem?
