URGENT situation. Losing all the inventory + Facing Huge Amazon Fees LOSING MORE THAN 8000 EUROS

Hello,

I’m facing a serious issue due to a pricing error on two ASINs, where my items were listed in PLN instead of Euros. As a result, 19 orders totaling 1,977 units were placed at the wrong price.

I’ve contacted Amazon support multiple times, but the situation remains unresolved. The orders are now being fulfilled, and the financial loss is enormous. I’ve been told that my case is being reviewed by an internal team, but I need urgent assistance to prevent further damage.

Has anyone experienced this? What can I do to escalate further?

The only market that you can price your products in PLN is Poland

I guess you sold these 19 orders in Poland and you thought you entered the price in Euros right?

Watch out for Poland and Sweden as they don't use Euros, so you can not list the products in Euro.

My advice is to ask for a phone call when you create a case instead of writing a message. It is always better to speak on the phone with the associate as most of the cases replied by messages are done by robots
