Mismatch between SKU 'Receiving' and my Inventory
Hey,
So basically I sent in some units of a product the other day and the SKU labels on the products that I shipped in which are now receiving are different to the SKU that I have as the product in my inventory which is obviously just showing out of stock…
Trying to contact seller support through the options available just takes me back to the start each time, has anyone experienced this before that can help?

The number on the FNSKU is always different to the SKU in your inventory as it is a number generated by Amazon. That said, if you change your SKU then the FNSKU does change too.
Do you know how it happened? Did you just print the wrong labels entirely, did you delete the wrong entry in your inventory?
A way to rectify it if it is a more straightforward error is to create another listing in your inventory and use the SKU that was used when you generated the labels. That’ll depend on why it went wrong though,
Based on my first para though, are you sure it is the labels that are the issue?
