    I was hoping someone could recommend a reliable direct thermal label printer?

    I have a Brother QL-810W but I think it’s on the blink.

    I’m looking for something MAC OSX compatible, and that accepts third-party labels.

    Ive had a Zebra GK420d for many years (maybe 10) and very reliable - only stopped working once and my hubby got out his electrical testers and I needed a new power lead (saved me £150) so do consider that if your printer is "on the blink" it may not be the printer but Id definitely buy another Zebra if needed
