    Lost Buy Box, keeps losing Featured Offer eligibility due to "uncompetitive price."

    I need your help with a recurring issue affecting my ASIN: B09KBGWC18.

    My product keeps losing Featured Offer eligibility due to "uncompetitive price." The system specifically cites prices from retailers outside the Amazon marketplace as the comparison benchmark.

    Last month: First occurrence – appealed successfully, issue resolved

    Last week: Second occurrence – system recommended price drop from £21.99 to £11.69 based on external retailer comparisons

    I have appealed 3 times. Each appeal was approved, but within 24 hours I lose the Buy Box again with the same notification.

    I have significant FBA inventory, but sales have completely stopped.

    This is not an isolated case. Many sellers report similar experiences. Comparing seller prices to external retailers without context forces unsustainable discounts and ultimately harms the marketplace.

    Please investigate manually and provide a lasting resolution.Please help me, please!

    It is illegal price fixing by Amazon.

    I had a product that sold on FBA for £7.99. Amazon decided that it "lost Featured Offer eligibility due to "uncompetitive price."

    Amazon's recommended price was £1.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!! The FBA fee was over £2, I had to buy the product, add a barcode label and ship it to Amazon and pay the 20% VAT and 15% Amazon fees on the sale price.

    This has to be an illegal practise.

    I have been suffering the exact same fate as you and the pricing they give is absolutely ridiculous - especially considering my item is a personalised item - have you had any luck with this being sorted?
