Buyer leaes negative feedback becuse FBA delviered the order after 6 days
The buyer left negative feedback stating the order was delivered after 6 days. The order was shipped and fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), so delivery times were entirely handled by Amazon
After delivery, the buyer contacted me multiple times by call and text, demanding a refund and stating that if I did not comply, he would leave negative feedback. This is clear feedback manipulation.
I explained that all orders are processed and shipped through FBA, and I have no control over the carrier delays. Despite contacting Amazon Support several times, no action has been taken and the negative feedback remains.
I kindly request that this feedback be reviewed and removed as per Amazon’s policies, since:
The order was fulfilled by Amazon, and feedback related to FBA shipping/delivery falls under Amazon’s responsibility.
The buyer attempted to extort a refund in exchange for avoiding negative feedback, which violates Amazon’s feedback guidelines.
BUT STILL HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDACK and no action taken form AMAZON !

Late and hardly worth waiting for
I ordered this honeycomb advertised as organic with next day delivery, but it took 6 days to arrive. In a way it was a blessing, as I needed honeycomb for a cocktail party and thankfully picked some up at M&S instead. When this finally arrived, something felt very off about it. Although it was labelled as well in date, the honey was partly crystallised and partly watery – nothing like the rich, beautiful product from M&S, which also happened to be half the price.
You buy a product like this because you want something special. This was certainly not. I would avoid this as an option.
