How can a customer remove feedback left in error
A customer left negative feedback for an item we do not sell. It was obviously a genuine error and I have been in touch with the customer. Unfortunately they can not see a way to remove the feedback. Does anyone else out there have experience of this and what steps the buyer can take to remove the feedback.

Remove Marketplace Seller Feedback
Marketplace seller feedback can’t be edited, only removed. Once you’ve removed feedback for a Marketplace seller, you can’t post new feedback for that transaction.
To remove Marketplace seller feedback:
- Go to Your Submitted Feedback.
- Select Remove next to the feedback you’d like to remove.
- Select a reason for the removal.
- Select Remove .
