I want to close my account because I accidentally registered it in Europe, and now I can't close it because Amazon has deactivated my account due to a lack of documentation.
The problem is that I can't reactivate the account because I’m Brazilian, and none of the available options let me enter information from a Brazilian bank.
I wanted to sell in Brazil, but for some reason, the option to register in Brazil never originally appeared. I tried to find alternatives to resolve the issue, and now here I am. Now, I just want to close my account so I can create a new one, but I can't even do that. Amazon has not only caused my account to malfunction, preventing me from selling in Brazil, but it also doesn't provide any solutions to fix the issue.
I would like to request an investigation into my account because, as I mentioned, I cannot reactivate my account nor register to sell in Brazil, which was my main goal when creating the account. I am here because of a bug with Amazon, and I demand an immediate solution, as I have been asking for help from support for weeks and have not received any assistance.
And I know that by law, I can demand the complete deletion of my account and my data from Amazon if necessary
