Delivery Window
Has anyone else’s delivery window been increased today?
We are on 2-3 days with a 1 day handing and yet it now states a delivery of 9th Sept. I understand that Amazon state they will extend the window because of the RM strike, but why are all sellers being penalised for this as we do not use RM.
Tried to speak to SC and they didn’t even know Amazon was doing anything with delivery windows and said I needed to move all my ASINs to a new Shipping Template.

Strange, my items are on a 1 day dispatch with 3-5 days delivery (I increased it due to strikes) and I’m getting delivery estimates of 1-3 September.(so they are basically padding my time by 1 whole day)
I know they do randomly add times onto items where they know there are problems (presumably where they know Royal Mail are having problems)

This has blown my mind, I am going to paste my shipping estimates from 3 orders received in the last couple of hours. All standard deliveries, all to UK addresses, no one day or 2 day shipping and see if you can understand it. My settings and shipping templates are the same for everything and the products are identical in parent and child variations with the same templates.
1st order came in today at 14.03

My cut off is 2pm for orders so order 1 is understandable and expected, can’t tell you why the others have come in with those estimates.

Ohhh I don’t have that option on mine.
I only have 2-3 or 3-5 days (or longer on some places), didn’t realise you could go to 1-2 days on the normal template.
Mustn’t be available in NI cause just checked and I can’t even select 1-2 days for NI

Just realised that NI was stuck in with my “out of the way” places too with a delivery aim of 3-5 days, instead of 2-3 days, so thanks for making me notice that

Had an order this morning for One Day delivery and on the order screen it says its to be delivered tomorrow - good luck considering there are no guaranteed deliveries tomorrow as RM on strike!

Uggghhh
Holiday mode turned on at 15:30, 30 minutes ago. Processed all orders for todays collection.
Just gone back and now have a Pending order which was not there earlier.
When it moves from Pending to Paid I wonder what day it will expect me to send and deliver by?
