Amazon changed my dispatch and delivery times. BAD FEEDBACK!
A few weeks ago someone from Amazon called me and told me I should change my dispatch time from 1 day to same day. Their reason was because 99% of my orders were dispatched the same day. Yes, they were marked as dispatched but not always posted on the same day, usually the next day.
They also told me I should change my shipping settings to automated shipping times because this would be best for my listings.
So that's what I did. Now, instead of my listings showing 5-7 days delivery timeframe, Amazon are offering delivery in 2 days! Impossible.
I told the person, the delivery company Correos are notoriously very bad for late deliveries and there is no way an item will be delivered in 1-2 days, but they said not to worry, any feedback, A-Z claims etc resulting from late deliveries would be removed because I have protection from Amazon automatic shipping.
Long story short, I'm now getting loads of emails daily off people wanting refunds because their item hasn't arrived, and when I've looked, it was only dispatched 2 days previous!
Why are Amazon messing about with my shipping times when they were working perfectly well for the last 4 years! And now I have multiple negative feedback and multiple refunds all coming out of my pocket and the item arriving a few days after the refund as I expect it to!
I want these feedback removing, and Amazon to pay for the refunds I'm giving.

Correos appears to be a Spanish carrier but you've posted this on Amazon UK forum, perhaps it would be better to post to the Amazon ES forum.

Any Amazon staff here to look at the three negative feedback I was told would be removed under the SSA protection??

Hello @Seller_ptdawyUOAQA1G,
Could you provide more details about this call? Who was this person? Was it Account Manager, Account Health Support, or another Team ? Do you have any case IDs/emails or notifications that were created during that call?
Could you give me case IDs of the requests for feedback removals?
Regards,
Sakura
