Weirdest Scam Email Yet?

This came to me directly on my email that is registered with Amazon as a contact email.

The odd thing - there are NO dodgy links, they all check out. There is no request to contact anyone specific, there are no email address, no request to respond, it looks like a completely genuine email and I see nothing in there that I could accidentally give away my info with so the question is… what is its point? Did someone just do it… “wrong”?

Please note: There are NO cases messages like this on any of the Amazon stores, I have checked every single one more than once and search page after page for the case ID. I’m quite intriuged as to what this is about. If genuine its a disturbing email but it can’t be genuine because it doesn’t show on Amazon anywhere.

Very puzzled. GL!

EDIT: Slightly larger Image, it was a bit hard to read

So is the email listed in the message your email or not? It could be that the email listed (the @jinx.com one) is trying to gain access to your account (assuming it isn’t your email address)?

Personally I would attempt to contact Jinx directly, in the event they’re trying to report your listing for some reason (copyright infringement/etc.) it would be worth resolving it with them before Amazon figure out the real reason they were contacted.

Alternatively it’s quite possible that Amazon just got their email completely mixed up and somehow tied it to you by mistake.

it looks like spam by the poor grammer but if amazon thought someone had access to your account i suppose it would make sense to contact you on the email address you have always had linked as opposeed to contacting you through amazon as whoever had access would also see it

I don’t think that this is a scam e-mail. It appears to me as an incorrectly forwarded Seller Support case response contact, I already had it happen to me in the past.

They could have opened up the wrong account when assisting another seller and the poor guy had his communication and private information unknowingly shared with a third party and now with the entire Seller Forum.
