Returning using a QR Code?
Hi, a customer is asking to return an item because they dont like it. So I sent the usual unpaid label to them, asking them to print and fix it to the parcel and return it. They have since came back and say they dont have a printer and can we supply a QR code ? We use Royal Mail and I cannot seem to find anything about creating return QR codes. Is this a fearure within Amazon ? Can anybody help us please ? I’ve never had this request before ?

If its an unpaid label why can’t they just handwrite the return address ?

I had to return something on Amazon end of last year, Amazon sent me a QR code, I took it to my local post office and they scanned it onto their system and it printed the label (check with the post office as not all of them are set up to do this)
