I had 3 new books (the same book in 3 languages) being sold via FBA remote in the UK and Europe. After a few weeks, Amazon system banned 2 books from export. after 3 weeks of everyday contact and requests, they told me, the 2 books will be banned and there is no way to reinstate the ASINs. That's Insanity, it makes no sense what so ever, as the books are the same, looks, content, just different languages. So why is one book ok for export and other two are not?

Anyone had similar expereince?

I'm new to Amazon and have found the process of listing second hand books to be an absolute pain. First my accounts got deactivated then deactivated in the US which deactivated my UK shop.

Listing the books is horrendous - put in the isbn - then trawl through reams of info for each book, assuming you dont have to apply for permissions which then simply refuses me unless I can prove orders of 10 from the publisher ( I cant they're second hand books).

then when Ive finally listed 6 (after a couple of hours!) I am stuck without knowing if the actual books have been listed. Yes I can use other software to list but in the same time frame I listed these 6 on amazon I managed to list 85 books on eBay - so simple.

If anyone can help with this please let me know - maybe im just not meant to be on amazon!

The day before yesterday, I found that the 2 best-selling items inside my account were suddenly removed from the shopping cart by the Amazon system, both of which have been selling for 1-2 years, with pretty good user ratings and product feedback. It's been 2 days now and everything is still the same, sales keep dropping, during this time I keep requesting in the case for Amazon officials to help me investigate the exact reason, but I always only get the cold formatted answer, informing us that there are many reasons for the lost carts and they are not at liberty to tell.

These 2 days have been the hardest time I've ever had, I'm so anxious that I can hardly sleep because the sales revenue from my Amazon account is the source of income for my entire family. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my account?
