Read onlyCan anyone shed light on denied Safe-t claims when an item is non returnable.
I understand that AMazon deem some items non returnable however they also grant buyers claims on such items for reasons that SURELY require some evidence to back up the claim.
The dreaded emails arrive stating - damaged during transit! Items are never sent damaged and if a courier has damaged it then i'm fine with claiming this against the courier.. However, buyers nor amazon ever supply any evidence of any damage. Tracking 99% shows boxes being delivered in perfect condition. I'm convinced 99% of these claims are fictitious.
What do you do to combat this? Is it a small claims court action against Amazon?
