I have a few shipments to DTM9 warehouse in Germany, I heard that this warehouse is new and can't accept shipments yet is it true?

There is a shipment, UPS has been picked up for 2 weeks, has not been sent DTM9 warehouse, let UPS query, feedback DTM9 is still in the preparation, delivery is not in, may I ask is it true, when can we receive the goods normally?
