How to update the shoe size information of the front desk, which is currently different with the background information
Friends, we are a sports shoe factory, the shoe size in the United States station needs to be updated to the most correct, I uploaded the template in the background, the background page is correct (showing female 9, male 7.5), but the front page is not updated synchronously (still showing the wrong shoe size, such as female 9, male 9), and there is no way to upload the size table. I can't find the corresponding service on the seller's support page. What should I do?

Your contributions are not being pushed to the Amazon webpage.
There is no short answer. The solution is very complicated. (use of product feeds).
I suggest attempting to see what a moderator says. If not, you will need to hire external help to correct this issue.

I wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to update your shoe sizing information on your listing? I saw that you contacted support a few days ago on CASE ID ending in 7391 and they mentioned,
"when changing shoe sizes on the US site, it is recommended that you wait about 24 hours to re-upload the product information after deleting the template."
Did their information help resolve your issue? Please advise if you were able to successfully add the correct sizes or if you still need assistance. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
