Unable to Create Premium A+ Content

Hello everyone,

Mabe someone has an idea of how I can expect A+ Premium to be activated. I've ensured that all my ASINs have a published A+ Brand Story and I have more than five approved A+ content submissions. Despite this, I am still unable to create Premium A+ content, even after waiting for many Fridays.

Customer service informed me that Premium A+ is reviewed monthly and requires at least 15 approved A+ submissions, which contradicts the initial guidelines I received. This has left me quite confused about which requirements I should follow.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Should I follow the requirement of having 5 approved A+ submissions and all my ASINs have a published A+ Brand Story, or is there something else I might be missing? How long did it take for you to get access to Premium A+ after meeting the requirements?
