Secondary Access Issue - Agency

We are an Amazon agency, specialising in advertising and listing optimisation. We have run this agency for 7 years.

New clients are trying to give us account access and it is not working.

Sometimes we get the error message "you accepted this invitation with an email address other than the one that was invited".

Sometimes clients cannot update the permissions from their end.

This is infuriating. It has worked fine for 7 years, but the last month, it has completely stopped.

Support case is open (ID: 11565198202) but no response yet.

Can anyone advise what to do?
