Account Deactivated – Reverification Pending 2+ Weeks
Hi @AmazonSellerSupport
My seller account was deactivated for re-verification. I submitted all requested documents immediately and have now sent over 15 documents as proof. However, I keep receiving bounce-back messages saying it has been “over 30 days” or that my case has been transferred — yet I still have no resolution or clear update.
It has now been more than 2 weeks since deactivation, and every time I contact support I only get the same “under review” response. My business is completely on hold, and this lack of communication is making it impossible to move forward.
Can you please escalate this and provide a clear update on the status of my verification? This situation is becoming very urgent.
Thank you.

"Hi @AmazonSellerSupport"
This is NOT Seller Support you are speaking to - simply a forum of other sellers, so we can do nothing as don't have access to your account, or escalate anything. Have you opened a case wih Seller Support ? - that should be your first thing, and get a case ID, then you could try tagging in some forum mods , quoting your case ID and they may be able to look into it for you. Re-verification can take a while, you might just need to be patient, as they are saying 'under review'.
