Invoice By Amazon (IBA) orders are not eligible for reimbursement through SAFE-T CLAIM
Any idea when this issue will be resolved????
Countless issues with IBA orders being refunded for literally no reason and not returned back to us, and we cant claim the money back.
Is Amazon planning on helping SFP sellers???

Hi
We have a case open for close to 3 months regarding this issue. Because Amazon buy it from you and sell it to there customer the order is classed as Amazons and not yours which means no reimbursement.
We have a order that went out for 10 units costing about £300 and a week later this got refunded with no reason why and no items returned.
Still awaiting to hear back to why and how i can claim back the lost monies.

we have 6 x cases open currently all with the same IBA refund issues. 1 of the cases was opened November 2024 and still not resolved.
