QZ Tray One Click Problem

Hi all,

I have installed this which I understand will eventually become required by Amazon.

Works ok BUT I have a glitch where neither “Reprint Label” or “Refund Label” buttons work. Obviously needed sometimes when printer roll runs out. Costing me money to buy the shipping again elsewhere.

Have tried clearing cache, cookies etc and switching browsers.

Any ideas?

Same issue with Reprint. I switch-off QZ Tray for that time being and Reprint which pop-ups the normal windows printing screen and print without any issues,

I uninstalled QZ by first force quitting it from activity monitor, then going into applications and dragging the QZ icon to trash…

Can’t delete a Mac app because it’s still open? Here’s the fix!

  1. Open Spotlight by pressing Cmd+Space.
  2. Type Activity Monitor.
  3. Select the application from the list.
  4. Click on the X in the upper left corner of the window.
  5. Click Force Quit to confirm that you want to quit the process.

I uninstalled it because it was printing double sided on bulk shipping which was a bit rubbish. Unless anyone knows how to change this setting? Thanks!
