AWD tracking hasn't been updated for over 3 weeks, support is not helping

Since others might consider using AWD, here is my current experience:

1) Sent 15 cases, the shipment was checked in two weeks later, on Jan 18th. But a month later (Feb 19th) only 14 cases are received, still.

2) Sent two pallets with 35 cases. Three weeks later it is still "in transit". Wrote to support with a tracking number and BOL, asking to get an update (it is an Amazon-partnered carrier), now they are asking me to send them an invoice from the manufacturer so they can start a refund case (?!). I'm like: please don't, I just want to know where my goods are. It's a bit of a trust stretch, I'm not used to my goods being "in transit" with zero location check-ins for over three weeks.

I will not send any more to AWD till I hear any news on my two pallets. Don't put all your eggs in that black-box-Shredinger-cat-basket AWD is right now.
