Returns address

hi im new to seller central. Im waiting for my products to arrive from suppliers. I have set up a ltd company. The returns address is my ltd companies address. Im doing fba private label so i thought returns would go straight back to amazon warehouse not my office address? Have i mis understood something here? Thanks for any help

It means returns from amazon to you - not customers

Is yours a virtual address ?

so the customer returns to amazon. If its unable to be put back in stock and sold again amazon then send it to my companies address which is also my home address as thats where i will work from?
